Do you accept returns?
All of our items are made to order, and our manufacturers are dedicated to addressing any issues related to damage or manufacturing defects promptly. However, we are unable to accommodate replacements/returns for orders with incorrect color or size specifications, or for items no longer wanted. We understand that ordering the wrong color or size can be disappointing, but allowing replacements would result in a significant accumulation of custom returned orders, which would have a detrimental financial impact on us as small business owners. By absorbing the costs of customers ordering the wrong color or size, we would be unable to sustain our business operations effectively. 
When can I expect my order to arrive?
All of our items are made to order, so do take time to process. Although most of our customers receive their items 7-15 days after placing their orders, in rare occasions, your order may take up to 7 business days to ship, plus another 7-15 business days to be delivered. We ask that you order your items at least 15 days in advance of needing them, although they are usually shipped out much quicker that that! Please allow extra time during the holidays. If it’s been more than 15 business days since ordering your item, and you still have not received a tracking number, please contact service@vivithreads.com so that we can look into the matter and issue you a refund or replacement if needed.
